FAQ'S
Yes, donations over $5 NZD are eligible for donation tax credits in New Zealand. You will receive an automatic single receipt via email after making your contribution.
Every single dollar donated by the public goes entirely to our active campaign appeal. To ensure frontline projects can put your generosity to work without delay, all collective funds are fully processed and presented to the partner charity within 30 days of the appeal's completion.
All donations made through the Ōtautahi Community platform are processed, recorded, and issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: Because donations are immediately committed to supporting community-led initiatives, all donations are final and non-refundable.

Fraudulent Activity: The only exception to this policy is if a donation is proven to have been made fraudulently. If you believe your card or account has been used without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and process a reversal where applicable.
