An Ōtautahi Supporter provides a simple, tax deductible donation that is shared across our 5 annual appeals!

FAQ's

  • Yes, donations over $5 NZD are eligible for donation tax credits in New Zealand. You will receive an automatic single receipt via email after making your contribution.

  • We raise funds collectively from the 1st January till the 31st March. Funds are then applied to our 5 annual appeals from the 1st April to 31st December. 

  • All donations made through the Ōtautahi Community platform are processed, recorded, and issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
     
    Refund Policy
     

    • Non-Refundable: Because donations are immediately committed to supporting community-led initiatives, all donations are final and non-refundable.

    • Fraudulent Activity: The only exception to this policy is if a donation is proven to have been made fraudulently. If you believe your card or account has been used without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and process a reversal where applicable.
